Rutas Magicas has created a series of journeys for people who want to have a different experience with nature, a different approach and a different interaction with the energies and beings dwelling in her.

OUR PROGRAMS
We offer two different sets of programs: Excursions and Workshops, both of them take place in the nature
Excursions are basically hikes where meaningful lessons and simple exercises are given along the journey. The main purpose of these outings is to transcend our experience and our relationship with nature. We teach how to recognize the hidden language of nature and see the unseen. Simple exercises for awakening our senses or rising our awareness can also be part of the excursion.
Workshops also take place in the nature and involve hiking to a particular area in order to get some teachings, work with the energies we encounter and take advantage of their properties. Several exercises are always performed such as practicing with visualization, deeper inner works to heal ourselves, or simple reinforce our inner balance. A notable time for meditation is usually included in the workshop.
Majorca is a perfect destination for Rutas Mágicas. We have plenty of choices to visit beautiful spots with pristine energy which invites us to stay there and explore the possibilities. We have also all over the island mysterious and impressive remains from very old ancestors (The Talaiotic culture ) which gives this island's aura the connection to our origins. What a perfect scenario for a retreat program, a one-day activity, or a completely different set of holidays.

The mysterious Talaya de Cas Reis
The Talaya de Cas Reis is the third highest mountain in Alaro. The route to the summit is very beautiful however very few people head over there. It faces on one side the magic valley of Orient and has the remains of an ancient construction on its top, which resembles what could have been a ceremonial site. The proximity of the magic valley of Orient and the presence of the legacy of our Ancestors makes this outing a perfect choice for Rutas Magicas.The first part of the journey goes along camino de S'Estret where we will recognize secrets and singularities of its magics.

Castillo de Alaro through Pass de s'Escaleta: the unknown route.
This is a very little known route to go to the Castillo de Alaro, even for local people. However the journey fits perfectly Rutas Magicas. The first part of the journey goes through Camino de S'Estret along which we will recognize secrets and singularities of its magics. Then we will have to cross through a rough area with no paths, which will be very suitable to put in practice our capacity of letting ourselves flow with the energies and make our own path. Once we get to the Castillo de Alaro we can spend some time in the bar and relax. On our way back to Alaro we will use the official known route.

Valle de Orient, magical forest and the secrets of the water falls
Very few valleys in Mallorca can offer as much things to see and experience as Valle de Orient.
Therefore Rutas Magicas chose this location to create a quiet journey meant to delight our senses, activate our awareness and practice with our visualization. Once we get into the cascades area we will notice the presence of a subtle realm which surround us. Beauty and magics at its best invite us to perform exercises to use our imagination and the vibration of the place.

The Puig de L'Ofre: A steep hike to a powerful energy vortex.
This journey requires being in good physical conditions. The purpose is to hike a steep, rough track up to the the summit of the Puig de L'Ofre, from the small idyllic village of Orient. In this mountain dwells what is known as the third chakra of Majorca. To Rutas Mágicas it means this is a perfect journey not only for admiring the views but also to perform a series of personal inner works to reinforce our will power, our decision making and our commitments.

Ses Fonts Ufanes: An enchanted forest blessed with water and femininity
This place is named after a huge water spring which happens to release its waters only after days of abundant rain. Needless to say that with or without running water Ses Fonts Ufanes is always an enchanted spot. Rutas Magicas proposes a half day retreat in that dense forest of oak trees pursuing the self feeling of being reconnected with nature. We will play different exercises that will help us rise our awareness, improve our capacity of visualization and intensify our senses. The vibration of the feminine energy will also invite us to get lost amid centennial trees and very peculiar rocks which seem to be alive. And they are!!

OUR WORKSOPS:
THE SEVEN CHAKRAS , series of profound workshops at the main energy vortexes of Majorca
Rutas Mágicas offers The seven Chakras which is a series of active and profound workshops which take place in the nature and very close to the seven Chakras of Majorca. The purpose of this is to make the most of the special characteristics of the energy at these locations and perform a deep inner work with the corresponding chakras of our body. Thus, The Seven Chakras are seven different hikes + workshop, which can be either individually booked or as a whole within a package.
What is a Chakra and what is its function?
The word Chakra comes from sanskrit and means rotating circle or wheel. It makes reference to the movement of energy at the nodes of our subtle body. Our chakras are meeting points of the subtle channels through which the prana or vital energy moves. They are also controlling valves of that energy flow and concern all of our bodies (physical, emotional, mental, etc.). Each Chakra can be considered as a 'portal', an entrance / exit to a realm where specific aspects of our existence are regulated or pondered, such as our relationship with life, with others and with ourselves.
Our body has seven chakras, and so it is with everything else in the universe, since everything comes from the same template: our body, our house, our planet and of course the island of Majorca have their corresponding seven chakras too.
A remark on a previous work with the seven Chakras of Mallorca
In 2013 Mary Liedtke and Luis Otero, founders of Rutas Mágicas, were team members of a joint initiative which was committed with working with the Kundalini of Majorca (wach video in Spanish). As a result of this private endeavor they located and worked thoroughly in the restoration of balance with each one of the seven chakras, contributing there with to help the process of increasing the overall vibration of the island. After that Mary and Luis wanted to take those achievements to a different level, and consequently they created the series of Rutas Mágicas with the chakras of Majorca, to help people make the most of the beautiful and powerful energy which is irradiated from those earth vortexes.
How can we make the most of the energy of the Chakras of Mallorca?
We are souls on a journey to our own spiritual evolution and all of us need to take care of our personal agenda and matters. Sometimes our matters get stuck on a very deep level and we need help from others and from outside to reach a suitable perspective from which to start our own healing. Rutas Mágicas is very much aware of that and therefore has designed a thorough program for each chakra to tune up with and take advantage of the very appropriate frequency surrounding us during the journey.
